- A copy of these rules shall be supplied to every person employed in or about the mine, and it shall be the duty of every such person to peruse and make himself acquainted and act in accordance therewith, and return them to the manager when leaving the mine; and any person wilfully damaging a copy of these rules shall be guilty of an offence against this Act.
