NOTICE is hereby given that I, the undersigned, WILLIAM BUCHANAN, of Woodfield, in the County of Southland, in New Zealand, Engineer, have changed my name to WILLIAM DAVID BUCHANAN; and that I have taken and assumed, and intend henceforth from time to time, and at all times hereafter, to be known by, the name of William David Buchanan, instead and in lieu of the name of William Buchanan, which I have heretofore borne.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between us, the undersigned, JAMES MCKNIGHT and ROBERT RUTHERFORD DOUGLAS, trading as Engineers at Napier, under the name or firm of “McKnight and Douglas,” has been this day dissolved by mutual consent, and that the business will in future be carried on by the said James McKnight alone, who will receive and pay all debts due to and owing by the said firm.
