KORANUI COAL-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby gazetted, pursuant to section 192 of “The Companies Act, 1882,” that, at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the above company, held at the Chamber of Commerce, on Monday, the 7th day of July, 1884, an extraordinary resolution, pursuant to subsection 3 of section 189 of the said Act was passed, to the following effect :—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the company voluntarily forthwith.”
The following resolution was thereafter passed at the said meeting :—
“That JOHN REES GEORGE, of Wellington, Civil Engineer, be appointed the Liquidator of the company.”
