NOTICE.

THE Partnership hitherto existing between the under-signed, CHARLES ATTFIELD and SAMUEL WELSFORD, of Clyde, Vincent County, Butchers, is dissolved from this date by mutual consent; and the business in future will be carried on by Charles Attfield alone.

PUKEKURA ROAD DISTRICT.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Pukekura Road Board to take, for the purposes of a public road, all that piece of land amounting to 42 acres 1 rood 9 perches, being portion of Lot No. 225, Parish of Pukekura, Provincial District of Auckland. Plans of the land can be seen at the office of Mr. Hugh Fitzgerald, Pukerimu. Any person having any well-grounded objection to the taking of such land shall set forth the same in writing, and shall send such writing to me within forty days from this date.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of £2 per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
Advertisements are charged at the uniform rate of 6d. per line for each insertion.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
Booksellers and Advertising Agents will be allowed a commission at the rate of 5 per cent.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening in each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before two o’clock of the day preceding publication.
Communications should be addressed to the Government Printer, Wellington, to whom post office money orders should be made payable.
Postage or duty stamps cannot in any case be received in payment from any place at which post office orders are issued.
NO ADVERTISEMENT WILL BE INSERTED WITHOUT PREPAYMENT BEING MADE.
