Notice of Times and Places for Investigating Claims.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the block of land of which the name and locality is mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the third column, will be investigated at Tauranga, on the 20th day of February next, and following days.

The map of this land if it has been surveyed, can be seen at Courthouse of the Resident Magistrate, Tauranga.

1 Tawa Turutapu, Hakopa Wharemate, Ranginui Te Kaponga, Hohepa Waitara, Hori Rahipere, Pomare, Tatari, Wikiriwhi, Whakataua, Piahana, and Hone Makarauri Taumata No. 2, near Tauranga Commence at the Puwhenua Station, proceed to the Hukanui Stream, turn, proceed to Nukutawira, turn again, and proceed to Ohaupara, turn and proceed to the Otanewainuku Station, turn again, and proceed along the boundary of Waoku and Te Taumata No. 1, and arrive at the starting point, at Puwhenua.
2 Tawa Paraone, Whakataua, Ranginui Te Kaponga, Wiremu Te Kahakore, Te Rahipere, Te Atutu, Hirini, and Hakopa Tiepa Taumata No. 2, near Tauranga Commence at Puwhenua Station, proceed along the boundary of Patetere, Rangiahua, Kakanui, Matawai, turn eastward, Te Whareana, Haupara, proceed along the Haupara Stream, arrive at the road to Mangorewa, proceed along that road, Te Rerenga, Mangakopikopiko, strike the external boundary, and join up to The Puwhenua Station.
3 Ranginui Te Kaponga, Wharetaka Nikorima, Whakataua, and others Taumata No. 2, near Tauranga Commence at Kakanui, proceed along the boundary of Kuranui Whaiti, Ngatawa, turn eastward, Ohauparo Stream, along that stream, as far as the Rotorua Road, and along the road towards Tauranga, Te Heruatepuaha, Te Taiki, Te Rerenga, Ngawaro, Mangakopikopiko, turn westward, Puwhenua, along the boundary of Kuranui Whaiti, and close up at Kakanui.
4 Kohu Paraone, Pomare Ngarongo, Tawa Tuaurutapu, Te Korowhiti Tuataka, Ranginui Te Kaponga, Te Whakataua, Tataire, Wirikake, Wi Piahana, Hone Makarauri, Eruera Te Whakahororuru, Waiwera Paraone, Hakopa Tiepa, Hori Rahipere, Te Ataiti Waitara, Wharetaka Nikorima, Hereaka Wikiriwhi, and Mere Taka Ngakai Te Taumata No. 2, near Puwhenua Station Commence at the Otanewainuku Station, proceed along the external boundary of Pakapaka, continue, Mangakopikopiko, continue, Puwhenua Station, along the boundary of Whaiti Kuranui to Te Rakautapu, turn eastward, continue, Te Takapau, turn to the North-east, proceed, Te Whareaua, on the Ohauporo Stream, continue along that stream as far as the junction of Mangorewa Stream with Ohauporo, proceed along the Mangorewa Stream as far as Whatitiri, ascend the bank and turn northward, Te Rerenga Stream, and continue to the starting point at Otanewainuku Station.
5 Ranginui Te Kaponga, Ngati Te Rongoihaere, Wharetaka Nikorima, Hohepa Hikutaia, Te Mete Raukawa, Whakatana, Hone Makarauri, Hereaka Wikiriwhi, Pomare, and Wi Keriwi Hereaka Taumata No. 2, near Tauranga Commence at the Trig. Station at Puwhenua, proceed southward along the boundary of Whaiti Kuranui to Waipohutu, Te Upokotioa, Ngatawai, turn eastward, Te Takapau, Te Whareaua, Tuaurutapu, proceed along the stream, Mangorewa, Whatitiri, turn northwards, Te Rerenga, arrive at the Otanewainuku Station, turn westwards, Opakapaka, Mangakopikopiko, Te Arapaia, Omanawa, and arrive at the starting point, the Puwhenua Station.
