NATIVE LAND COURT, NEW ZEALAND,
ROTORUA DISTRICT.
IN the matter of a judgment of the Court given at Ohinemutu, in the said district, on the 20th day of October, 1883, upon the hearing of a claim for investigation of title to land situate in the said district and known as “Rotorua-Patetere-Paeroa;” and in the matter of the application of Henare Te Pukuatua and others for a rehearing upon “Te Whakarewarewa,” a portion of such claim:
I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that behalf vested in me, do hereby dismiss such application.
Dated this 15th day of February, 1884.

I RUNGA i tetahi whakataunga a te Kooti i tu ki Ohinemutu, i te Takiwa o Rotorua, i te 20 o nga ra o Oketopa, 1883, i runga i te whakaturanga o tetahi kereme mo te whakawakanga take o nga tangata ki tetahi piihi whenua i roto i taua Takiwa, ko “Rotorua-Patetere-Paeroa” te ingoa:
I runga hoki i te tono whakawa tuarua a Henare Te Pukuatua me etahi atu, kia whakawakia tuaruatia tetahi wahi o taua poraka, ko “Te Whakarewarewa,”
Na, ko ahau ko Hone Eruini Maketanara, te Tumuaki Kaiwhakawa o taua Kooti i runga i te mana kua tukua mai nei ki ahau mo taua mahi, ka whakakahore atu nei i taua tono.
He mea tuhituhi i Akarana, i te 15 o nga ra o Pepuere, 1884.
