THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE. [No. 5]

SPECIAL ORDER passed by the Mackenzie County Council
on Monday, 7th January, 1884.

RESOLVED, That the Mackenzie County Council do, by special
order, determine that the Mount Cook Road Board be
dissolved, and the Mount Cook Road District be merged in
the Mackenzie County. This resolution to come into force
on the date of its publication in the Gazette.

I hereby certify that all the details relating to the merging
of road districts into counties as set forth in “The Counties
Act, 1876,” have been strictly complied with, and the special
order duly made as required by the provisions of “The
Counties Act 1876 Amendment Act, 1882.”
