ROBERT KENNEDY, of Dunedin, New Zealand, Engineer-driver, has deposited at this office a specification of the said invention; and I have appointed Tuesday, the 29th day of July next, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, at this office, to hear the said application and all objections thereto; and I require all persons having an interest in opposing the grant of such Letters Patent to leave, on or before the 14th day of July next, at this office, particulars in writing of their objections to the said application, otherwise they will be precluded from urging the same.

Commissioner of the Supreme Court appointed.

NOTICE.—LUKE O’MEAGHER KINGSMILL, of Sydney, in the Colony of New South Wales, one of the Solicitors of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, has been appointed this day, by his Honour Mr. Justice Williams, a Commissioner of the Supreme Court of New Zealand in the said city, under “The Commissioners of the Supreme Court Act, 1875,” for the purpose of administering and taking affidavits and acknowledgments of married women, as in the said Act mentioned.
