NOTICE is hereby given that at a sitting of this Court, to be held at Ohinemutu, Rotorua, on the 9th day of April next and following days, will be heard the claims of the persons, whose names appear in the first column, to succeed to the interest of the persons, deceased, whose names appear in the second column, in the blocks of land named in the third column. If any of the people who are dead have made wills, let not those who claim to succeed them neglect to produce them, that the Judge may see, and decide according to the wish of the deceased.

Mehe-mea kua tuhituhi pukapuka Wira te tangata mate i tona oranga ma te kaitono e kawe mai taua Wira ki te Kooti, kia kite te Kaiwhakawa, kia tau tika ai te whenua i runga i te hiahia o te tangata mate.

NATIVE LAND COURT, NEW ZEALAND,
GISBORNE DISTRICT.

IN the matter of a judgment of the Court, given at Gisborne, in the said district, on the 13th day of December, 1883, upon the hearing of a claim for investigation of title to land situate in the said district, and known as “Papahauhunga;” and in the matter of the application of Hamuera Rungaterangi and others for a rehearing upon such claim:

1, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that behalf vested in me, do hereby dismiss such application.

Dated this 5th day of March, 1884.

TAKIWA O KIHIPANE.

I RUNGA i tetahi whakataunga a te Kooti i Kihipane, i te Takiwa o Kihipane, i te 13 o nga ra o Tihema, 1883, i runga hoki i te whakaturanga o tetahi kereme mo te whakawakanga take o nga tangata ki tetahi pihi whenua i roto i taua Takiwa, ko “Papahauhunga” te ingoa.

I runga hoki i te tono whakawa tuarua a Hamuera Rungaterangi, me etahi atu, kia whakawakia tuaruatia taua kereeme.

Na, ko ahau ko Hone Eruini Maketanara, te Tumuaki Kaiwhakawa o taua Kooti, i runga i te mana kua tukua mai nei ki ahau mo taua mahi, ka whakakahore atu nei i taua tono.

He mea tuhituhi i Akarana, i te 5 o nga ra o Maehe, 1884.

SUBDIVISION OF HEREDITAMENTS.

Auckland, 25th March, 1884.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a sitting of this Court, to be held at Ohinemutu, in the District of Rotorua, on the 9th day of April next, will be heard the applications of the persons whose names appear in the first column for the subdivision of the hereditaments comprised in the Crown grants of the pieces of land the names of which appear in the second column, situate in the districts named in the third column.

And in pursuance of the provision of section 7 of “The Native Land Division Act, 1882,” all persons having in their possession any original grant or other instrument of title relating to any of the lands aforesaid, are hereby ordered to produce the same at the said sitting of the Court.
