NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore carried on by the undersigned CHARLES JAMES NAIRN and JOHN NAIRN, at Pourere, in the Provincial District of Hawke’s Bay, as Sheepfarmers, under the style or firm of “C. J. and J. Nairn,” hath been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 29th day of March, 1884. The business will in future be carried on by the said Charles James Nairn alone.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between the undersigned has this day been dissolved by effluxion of time.

The business of the late firm will in future be carried on by Mr. C. E. ZOHRAB, under the style of “Zohrab and Co.”

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

THE Partnership hitherto existing between us, the undersigned, as General Merchants, under the style or firm of “Fell Brothers and Company,” is hereby dissolved by mutual consent.

The business of the firm will be carried on as formerly by Mr. Horton, who will receive all sums due to, and pay all amounts owing by, the firm.

AT a general meeting of shareholders of the New Zealand Titanic Steel and Iron Company (Limited), in liquidation, held at the hall of the Chamber of Commerce, on Saturday, the 29th day of March, 1884, it was proposed by Mr. T. K. Macdonald, and seconded by Mr. Eli Allen,—

“That the affairs of the New Zealand Titanic Steel and Iron Company (Limited), in liquidation, have been fairly wound up,” which was carried unanimously.

To the Shareholders of the Walton Park Brick and Tile Company (Limited).

NOTICE is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the above-named company will be held at the office of the Walton Park Coal and Pottery Company (Limited), Rattray Street, Dunedin, on Monday, the 14th day of April, 1884, at the hour of 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of confirming the following resolution passed at an extraordinary meeting of the shareholders of the said company, held on the 29th day of March, 1884:—

“That the Walton Park Brick and Tile Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of ‘The Companies Act, 1882.’ And for the further purpose of appointing

a Liquidator or Liquidators to wind up the affairs of the company, and distribute the property thereof, and of fixing the remuneration to be paid to him or them.”

Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.

Advertisements are charged at the uniform rate of 6d. per line for each insertion.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.

The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.

Booksellers and Advertising Agents will be allowed a commission at the rate of 5 per cent.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening in each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before two o’clock of the day preceding publication.

Communications should be addressed to the Government Printer, Wellington, to whom post office money orders should be made payable.

Postage or duty stamps cannot in any case be received in payment from any place at which post office orders are issued.

NO ADVERTISEMENT WILL BE INSERTED WITHOUT PREPAYMENT BEING MADE.
