To HENRY BURKE, formerly of Williamstown, in the County of Dublin, Ireland.
In the goods of James Burke, formerly of Williamstown, aforesaid, and afterwards of 191, Great Brunswick Street, in the City of Dublin, and late of Valetta, Strand Road, Merrion, in the County of Dublin, Esquire, Solicitor, deceased.
NOTICE is hereby given to the said HENRY BURKE (a son of said deceased), who left Williamstown aforesaid upwards of twenty years ago for Australia, and who has not since been heard of, that, should said Henry Burke apply in person to THOMAS BURKE, of Valetta, Strand Road, Merrion, in the County of Dublin, Esquire, the sole Executor named in the last will and testament of the said James Burke, who died on the 23rd day of February, 1883, at Valetta aforesaid, and to whom probate of said will was granted forth of the Principal Registry of the Probate and Matrimonial Division of the High Court of Justice in Ireland on the 21st day of March, 1883, the said Henry Burke will, upon such application, and establishing his identity, hear of something to his advantage; and in the event of said Henry Burke not returning to Ireland and establishing his identity within ten years from said 23rd day of February, 1883, he will forfeit all benefit he would otherwise be entitled to.
