Notice of Times and Places for Investigating Claims.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the third column, will be investigated at Ohinemuri, Thames, on the 26th day of March instant, and following days.

The maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed, can be seen at the Courthouse of the Resident Magistrate, Grahamstown.

SCHEDULE.

No. Names of Claimants. Name and Locality of Block. Boundaries.
1 Haira Te Puihi, Hunia Te Weu, and Tamaki Te Ngako o Ruawehea, near Waihou Commence at Waihou at the boundary of Te Koutu on the South side; the Western side is Te Ngako o Ruawehea; on the North is Ohauatu; and on the East is Waihou, the starting point.
2 Haora Tareranui, Nepihana, Karaitiana Kihau, and Wi Te Teira Wairakau, near Waihou On the North is the Waihou River; on all other sides is Parahamuti No. 2.
3 Hapi Rewi, and Hoani Raharuhu Hararahi No. 3, near Ohinemuri Commence at the North, Ohinemuri; on the Western side is Pakikau o Wai; on the South is Pirauraihi; on the Northern side is Te Pakira; and close up to the starting point.
4 Haira Te Puihi ... Ngaruwhaia, near Ohinemuri On the Eastern side is the Kuaoiti; on the Western side is Puka Te Awinui, and Maori land; and on the Northern side is the Ohinemuri River.
5 Hapi Rewi, and Hoani Raharuhi Hararahi, near Ohinemuri On the East is Te Pakira; on the South is Pirauraihi; on the West is Pirauraihi; and on the North is Pakikauowhai, and the Ohinemuri River.
