Special Orders made by Manawatu County Council.

THE following special orders, made by the Manawatu County Council, are published in accordance with “The Counties Act 1876 Amendment Act, 1882.”

THOMAS DICK.

SPECIAL ORDERS.

(1.) THAT an election for members to serve on the Wirokino Road Board shall take place on Monday, the 24th March instant, at the residence of John Davies, Wirokino, and that an election for the Te Horo Road Board District shall take place on Wednesday, the 26th March instant, at the residence of William Small, Otaki.

(2.) That the Otaki Road Board as now constituted be dissolved under clause 13 of “The Road Boards Act, 1882,” and that the new election of a Board for the Otaki Road Board District shall take place on Monday, the 24th March instant, at the Otaki Road Board Office, Otaki.

I hereby certify that the foregoing special orders have been made by this Council, and in accordance with the provisions of the various Acts relating thereto.

Special Order made by Clutha County Council.—Merging Clinton Road District.

THE following special order, made by the Clutha County Council, is published in accordance with “The Counties Act 1876 Amendment Act, 1882.”

SPECIAL ORDER.

THAT this Council, by special order, declare the Clinton Road Board to be dissolved, and the road district merged into the county, on and after the 31st day of March, 1884.

I hereby certify that the special order as above was duly made and was passed by the Clutha County Council on the 29th February, 1884.

Special Order made by Bruce County Council.—Alteration of Boundaries.

THE following special order, made by the Bruce County Council, is published in accordance with “The Counties Act 1876 Amendment Act, 1882.”

SPECIAL ORDER made by the Bruce County Council on the 4th day of March, 1884.

THAT the boundaries of the Matau Riding be altered so as to include the Inch Clutha River and Road District.

I hereby certify that the special order of the Bruce County Council to alter the boundaries of the Matau Riding has been duly made according to “The Counties Act, 1876,” and its amendments.
