for the highest price, not under the appraised value thereof,

admeasurement of British vessels], and further to cause the
said vessel to be broken up, and the materials thereof to be
publicly sold in separate parts [together with her cargo, if
any] for the highest price that can be obtained for the same.

completed, to pay the proceeds arising therefrom into our
said Court, and to file an account sale signed by you, and a
certificate signed by you of the admeasurement and tonnage
