I runga hoki i te tono whakawa tuarua a Mirama Poutama, me etahi atu kia whakawakia tuaruatia “Te Waotu Nama 2” (ki te Tonga):

IN the matter of a judgment of the Court given at Masterton, in the said district, on the 24th day of November, 1883, upon the hearing of a claim for investigation of title to land situate in the said district and known as “Matapihi; and in the matter of the application of Ngatuere Tawhirimatea and others for a rehearing upon such claim:
I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that behalf vested in me, do hereby dismiss such application.
