NATIVE LAND COURT, NEW ZEALAND, NELSON DISTRICT.

IN the matter of a judgment of the Court given at Nelson, in the said district, on the 23rd day of November, 1883, upon the hearing of a claim to succeed to the interest of Pirihiра Waikere in a block of land situate in the said district and known as “Makipaoa No. 4”; and in the matter of the application of Charles Servantes for a rehearing upon such claim:

I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that behalf vested in me, do hereby dismiss such application.

Dated this 7th day of February, 1884.

I RUNGA i tetahi whakataunga a te Kooti Whenua Maori i tu ki Whakatu i taua Takiwa ano i te 23 o nga ra o Nowema, 1883, i runga hoki i te whakaturanga o tetahi kereme kia whakaritea he riwhi mo te hea o Pirihiра Waikere i roto o tetahi pihi whenua i roto i taua Takiwa, ko “Makipaoa Nama 4,” te ingoa:

I runga hoki i te tono whakawa tuarua a Charles Servantes kia whakawakia tuaruatia taua kereeme.

Na, ko ahau ko Hone Eruini Maketanara, te Tumuaki Kaiwhakawa o taua Kooti, i runga i te mana kua tukua mai nei ki ahau mo taua mahi, ka whakakahore atu nei i taua tono.

He mea tuhituhi i Akarana i te 7 o nga ra o Pepuere, 1884.
