8 Te Mete, Rau, Kereti, Hoera Te Mimiha, Pauro Te Rongo haere, and Nikora Paengaroa near Tauranga Commences at Tomokia, thence to Tuwherahia and Waiwhakangao, a river, which river it follows to its termination; turns to the South, and goes to Te Tupaa, Te Anaohinepakiaka, Te Whakapaepae, and Te Rotoparera; turns to the North-east, and goes to Ngatawae, Raupahua, Mahakirau, Karau nanui, Pokohohua, Hukanui, and Te Upokotio, and arrives at the Government boundary, which it follows to the vicinity of Tomokia, the starting point.
9 Pererika Tauaru and Aporo Te Tipitipi Te Rauotehuia at Maketu Bounded on the South by Kawa; on the East by the Waihi River; on the North by the swamp called Nohonoho; and on the West by the Waitepuia Swamp.
10 Aporo Te Tipitipi Te Rauotehuia near Maketu Commences at Te Heikaraka, and goes easterly following a swamp; then it goes on dry ground to the parting of the road to Te Heikaraka and to Rotorua; continues on to Nohonoa; turns to the South, crosses the Nohonoa Swamp, and follows the boundaries of Waiparapara and Te Rauotehuia, arrives at the Kawa Swamp; turns to the West, arrives at the end of the road at Kawa; continues on by the western side of the road at Kawa through the swamp; turns to the North-east, and arrives at the starting point, Te Heikaraka.
11 Pererika Ngahuruhuru, Kitua Te Monita, Retireti Tapihana, and others Te Rauotehuia near Maketu The boundaries are shown on the plan.
12 Wi Maihi Rangikaheke, Hori Karaka, W. Katene, and others Te Rauotehuia near Maketu Commences at the road from Maketu to Rotorua, proceed westward along the survey line of Waitepuia until it reaches the boundary of Paengaroa North; turn southward along that boundary as far as Kawa; turn eastward, again proceed along the survey line of Paengaroa North until it reaches the boundary of Te Waipumuka and of Waiparapara; turn northward along the survey line of Waiparapara, and arrive at the starting point.
13 Hori Karaka, W. Matenga Te Waharoa, W. Katene Te Mapu, W. Maihi Te Rangikaheke, Te Wati, Makuini, Heketoro, Makari, and Hutana Te Rauotehuia, in the district of Maketu Commences at the road from Maketu to Rotorua, proceed westward along the survey line of Waitepuia as far as the line of Paengaroa North; proceed southward along that line as far as Kawa; proceed eastward along the survey line of Paengaroa North as far as the boundary of Te Waipumuka and Waiparapara; proceed northward along the survey line of Waiparapara, and arrive at the starting point.
14 The Governor Te Rauotehuia Bounded towards the North by lines and by portion of the Ohineahuru Block; towards the East by the Waiparapara Block; towards the South by a line; and towards the West by lines to the Waitepuia Creek, the point of commencement.
15 Hoani Korari, Mita Tahoka, Te Otimi Te Kaka, and others Pukehuia, near Maketu Commences at the stream of Waihi, proceed along the coast at the sea-side, Pukehina, Ohinepane; cross over inland in a direct line to Te Pareaterawahirua, onwards to Te Karaka and to Kaitangata, continue direct to Te Marangatekauae; proceed westward to Te Pararaki onward to Ohaunui and to Whaerere, onward still to the estuary of Waihi, the point of commencement.
