Sitting of the Native Land Court for the Subdivision of Hereditaments.

Auckland, 27th October, 1884.
NOTICE is hereby given that at a sitting of this Court to be held at Tauranga, in the District of Bay of Plenty, on the second day of December next, will be heard the applications of the persons whose names appear in the first column for the subdivision of the hereditaments comprised in the Crown grants of the pieces of land the names of which appear in the second column, situate in the districts named in the third column.
And, in pursuance of the provisions of section 7 of “The Native Land Division Act, 1882,” all persons having in their possession any original grant or other instrument of title relating to any of the lands aforesaid are hereby ordered to produce the same at the said sitting of the Court.

Application for Subdivision of Harataunga West Block.

NOTICE is hereby given that, at a sitting of the Native Land Court, to be held at Waiomatatini, on the 15th day of January, 1885, the application for the subdivision of the Harataunga West Block, situate at Coromandel, in the District of the Thames, will be brought before the Court for the purpose of again laying off on the plan the subdivisional boundary-lines of Nos. 1 to 7, as settled at a Court which sat at Coromandel on the 28th day of February, 1878, and which lines were accidentally erased from the plan before they were laid off on the ground.

Application for Order of Court to define Individuals and Shares in the Aorangiwa Block.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a sitting of this Court, to be held at Waiomatatini, in the District of Gisborne, on the 15th day of January, 1885, will be heard the application of Alexander Mackay, Esquire, Commissioner of Native Reserves, for an order of Court defining the individuals and their respective shares in a Native reserve, comprising one hundred acres, in the Aorangiwai Block, Waiapu District, set apart for Hira Te Ingoakore and co-claimants in the deed of sale of the aforesaid block to the Crown, dated the 16th day of April, 1877. The boundaries of the said reserve are described in the Schedule hereunder.

UMUOHINETURAKI RESERVE.
ALL that parcel of land in the District of Poverty Bay, in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 100 acres, being the portion of the Aorangiwai Block reserved from the sale to the Crown, and known as the Umohineturaki Reserve. Bounded towards the North by other portion of the Aorangiwai Block, 4884 links; towards the East and South by the Mata River and the Waingakea Stream; and towards the West by the Aorangiwai Block aforesaid, 3430 links.
