RURAL LAND.
Dunedin and East Taieri District.—Sections 2A to 6A, Block VIII., from 13 to 16 acres. Upset price, £1 1s. per acre.
NOTE.—These sections are behind Saddle Hill, and will be sold under the Special Powers and Contracts Act.
Greenvale District.—Section 33, Block IV., 1 acre 1 rood. Upset price, £15 per allotment; survey fees, £3 3s.
NOTE.—This section is a mill-site, and is situated on Swift Creek, near the boundary of the Town of Heriot, and close to railway station.
Hawkbury District.—Sections 42, 70 to 89, Block I., and Sections 51 to 58, Block II., from 3 to 18 acres. Upset price, £5 per acre.
Note.—This land is situated south of Mount Royal, about three miles from the Town of Hawkbury, and adjoins the Brooklands Estate.
Kuriwao District.—Section 10, Block VI., 26 acres 2 roods 23 perches. Upset price, £1 1s. per acre.
Tuapeka East District.—Sections 12, 13, 14, and 15, and Sections 29, 30, and 31, Block XX.; £5 per allotment of one-quarter acre each.

Sections in the Townships of Balclutha, Dunkeld, Kaitangata, Mataura Bridge, and Waipahi.
NOTE.—Section 5, Block XXIV., Dunkeld, is burdened with valuation for improvements, £40. Sections 21 and 22, Block II., and Sections 1, 2, and 3, Block XVI., Mataura Bridge, which have been withheld from sale, will be offered. Upset price of town sections at the rate of £30 per acre.
SUBURBAN.
Sections 2 and 3, Block XXIII., Balclutha, 2 acres and 1 rood each; upset, £3 per acre. Sections 68 to 73, Block VI., Town of Wyndham, from 2 to 3 acres, at £5 per acre.
NOTE.—The sections in Wyndham have been withheld from sale on account of railway.
LICENSES.
Sections 12 and 19, Block VI., Wyndham, containing respectively 3 acres 3 roods 18 perches, and 4 acres 1 rood 12 perches, will be offered for a term of seven years, at an upset rental of £5 per acre.
NOTE.—These sections will be licensed for raising lignite; maximum price of coal at pit to be 10s per ton.
PASTORAL LEASES.
Benger Commonage.—About 11,000 acres, West Pomahaka River. Term, ten years; upset rental, 1d per acre.
Cookston District.—Sections 44, 50, 52, Block I., and Sections 13 and 14, Block XV. (grouped), 295 acres. Term, ten years; upset rental, 2d per acre.
Otago Peninsula.—Section 53, Block III., 437 acres. Term, ten years; upset, £20 per annum.
NOTE.—The upset rentals of the above leases have been reduced since last offered.
RUNS.
No. 6, about 11,240 acres, Wakatipu. Ten years; upset, £5 per annum.
No. 8, about 10,540 acres, Wakatipu. Fourteen years; upset, £50 per annum.
No. 10, about 12,000 acres, Wakatipu. Fourteen years; upset, £30 per annum.
Nos. 11, 12, 13, and 15 (grouped), about 59,910 acres, Wakatipu. Twenty-one years; upset, £50 per annum.
No. 359, about 19,300 acres, Nokomai. Ten years; upset, £10 per annum.
No. 427, about 3,200 acres, Waiau River. Ten years; upset, £25 per annum.
No. 444, about 9,800 acres, Matukituki. Ten years; upset, £5 per annum.
No. 445, about 15,080 acres, Hawk dun. Fourteen years; upset, £10 per annum.
NOTE.—The upset rentals of Nos. 6, 11, 12, 13, and 15 (grouped), and 445, have been reduced.
N.B.—The leases of the foregoing runs will be sold subject to the general provisions as to runs specified in “The Land Act, 1877,” and amendments of same. Possession on day of sale, except Runs 8 and 10, the leases of which do not expire until the 1st March, 1835, when possession will be given. The highest rental to be paid for the grouped runs for twenty-one years will be that payable for the first seven years of the license; for the second seven years, double that amount; and for the third seven years, treble.
Full particulars will be given in Daily Times every Wednesday and Saturday, and in Witness every Saturday; also by handbills, to be had at the District Land Offices, Railway Stations, Police Stations, Post Offices, and at the Crown Lands Office, Dunedin.
