First Elections, &c., Town District of Te Awamutu, County of Waipa.
Colonial Secretary's Office,
Wellington, 27th September, 1884.
HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint
HUNGERFORD ROCHE, Esq.,
to be the Returning Officer to conduct the first elections of Commissioners for the Town District of Te Awamutu, as constituted under “The Town Districts Act, 1881;” also to appoint Saturday, the 1st day of November, 1884, to be the time, and the Volunteer Hall, Te Awamutu, to be the place, for holding such first elections; and also to appoint Saturday, the 8th day of November, 1884, at 7 p.m., to be the time, and the said Volunteer Hall to be the place, for holding the first meeting of the Commissioners.
