thence again towards the West by the western boundaries of Sections Nos. 59 aforesaid and 58 of the Parish of Ararimu to the easternmost angle of the Arakiore Block; thence again towards the South by the southern boundaries of the Arakiore Block aforesaid, the southern boundaries of the Rautawhiri No. 2 Block, and the Pukekorari Block to the south-western angle of the last-named block; again towards the West by the western boundaries of the last-named block; again towards the North by the northern boundary of the Pukekorari Block aforesaid and the south-western and southern boundaries of the Rautawhiri No. 3 Block to the eastern angle of the latter block; and again towards the West generally by part of the western boundary of the Parish of Ararimu and the south-eastern boundary of the Tungotungou Block to the Kaipara River, and by the waters of the Kaipara River and Estuary to the mouth of the Makarau River, the place of commencement.

THE following special order, in terms of “The Road Boards Act, 1882,” was made at a meeting of the Waitemata County Council, held on the 5th September, 1884:—

Resolved, That the North Shore Road Board be dissolved on and after the 19th day of September, 1884.

SPECIAL ORDER made by the Tauranga County Council at a Meeting held on Tuesday, the 2nd September, 1884.

RESOLVED, That this Council make a special order readjusting the representation of the several ridings of the County of Tauranga, and the following shall be the number of Councillors for each riding: Waimapu Riding, three Councillors; Maketu Riding, two Councillors; Katikati Riding, two Councillors; Rotorua Riding, one Councillor.

I hereby certify that the above special order was duly made at the aforesaid meeting.
