NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between GEORGE HOOPER, JOSEPH REED DODSON, and HENRY DODSON, trading as Brewers and Maltsters in the City of Nelson, was dissolved the 25th day of April last in consequence of the death of Mr. George Hooper; and that all debts due to and by the late firm, as such partners, are to be respectively received and paid by the said Joseph Reed Dodson and Henry Dodson, by whom the business will in future be carried on under the name or style of “J. R. Dodson and Son.”

THE MOUNT IDA PASTORAL INVESTMENT COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that, at a duly-constituted general meeting of the above-mentioned company, held on the 3rd day of March, 1884, of which due notice was given, as well of the time and place of holding the same, as of the intention to propose the resolution hereafter referred to, it was resolved, by a majority of not less than three-fourths of the members of the company entitled, according to the regulations of the company, to vote, and present in person at such meeting or represented thereat by proxy, “That the said company be wound up voluntarily;” and that, at a subsequent duly-constituted general meeting of the company, held on the 3rd day of April, 1884, of which due notice was likewise given, the said resolution was confirmed by a like majority of the members of the company so present or represented as aforesaid. And notice is hereby further given that, at a general meeting of the company, duly constituted as aforesaid, held on the 16th day of June, 1884, it was unanimously resolved, “That Mr. William Newman be appointed Liquidator to wind up the affairs of the company.”

I, CHARLES GEORGE SATCHELL, late of Tunbridge Wells, England, Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, and Licentiate of the Society of Apothecaries, London, hereby give notice that I have deposited with the Registrar of the Nelson District the necessary proof of my having obtained the above degrees in surgery and medicine, and intend to apply to be registered under the New Zealand Medical Act in one month from the date hereof.
