NOTICE is hereby given that the under-mentioned sections which have been withheld from sale will be open for application on deferred payments three months hence, in terms of clause 153 of "The Land Act, 1877," namely:โ Black I.. Seaward Bush Township: Section No. 26. 1 acre 3 roods 8 perches; Section No. 36, 5 acres; Section No. 59, 5 acres; Section No. 63, 4 acres 2 roods; Section No. 67, 4 acres 2 roods; and Section No. 68. 4 acres 2 roods. Section No. 52, Block XIV., Jacob's River Hundred. 32 acres 2 roods 21 perches, which has also been withheld from sale, will be sold by public auction for cash.

Gold-Mining Lease to be granted.
IN conformity with the thirty-seventh section of "The Mines Act, 1811," and with the regulations made under that Act for the granting of leases for gold-mining purposes, it is hereby notified that it is intended to grant a lease of Crown lands for gold-mining purposes to the applicants specified in the annexed Schedule, unless there shall be valid objections against such lease.
Objections to the granting of such lease, stating the grounds of objection, must be made in writing, and lodged with the Warden at Queenstown on or before the 9th day of September, 1884.
Copy of the application made and plan annexed may be seen at the Warden's Office at Queenstown.
SCHEDULE.
APPLICANTS: Julius Wenkheim and another. Style under which it is intended to conduct the business: "Independent Quartz-Mining Company." 16 acres, at Quartz Creek, in the Wakatipu Mining District.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a sitting of this Court to be held at Ohinemutu, in the District of Rotorua, on be 18th day of October next, will be heard the applications of the persons whose names appear in the first column for the subdivision of the hereditaments comprised in the Crown grants of the pieces of land the names of which appear in the second column, situate in the districts named in the third column.
And, in pursuance of the provisions of section 7 of "The Native Land Division Act, 1882," all persons having in their possession my original grant or other instrument of title relating to my of the lands aforesaid are hereby ordered to produce the same at the said sitting of the Court.
