SUBDIVISION OF HEREDITAMENTS.

NOTICE is hereby given that, at a sitting of this Court to be held at Kaiapoi, in the District of
Canterbury, on the 14th day of September, 1883, will be heard the applications of the persons whose
names appear in the first column of the Schedule hereto, for the subdivision of the heriditaments com-
prised in the Crown grants of the pieces of land the names of which appear in the second column, situate
in the district named in the third column.

All persons having in their possession any original grant, or other instrument of title, relating to the
land comprised in any such application is hereby required to produce such grant and instrument in Court
at such sitting.
