SUBDIVISION OF HEREDITAMENTS.

Wellington, 8th August, 1883.

NOTICE is hereby given that, at a sitting of this Court to be held at Kaiapoi, on the 12th day of
September, 1883, will be heard the applications of the persons whose names appear in the first column
of the Schedule hereto, for the subdivision of the heriditaments comprised in the Crown grants of the
pieces of land the names of which appear in the second column, situate in the district named in the third
column.

All persons having in their possession any original grant, or other instrument of title, relating to the
land comprised in any such application is hereby required to produce such grant and instrument in Court
at such sitting.

NOTICE is hereby given that at the sitting of this Court, to be held at Kaiapoi, on Wednesday, the
12th September, 1883, and following days, will be heard the claims of the persons whose names appear
in the first column of the Schedule hereto, to succeed to the interests of the persons deceased, whose names
appear in the second column, in the blocks of land named in the third column.
If any of the people who are dead have made wills, let not those who claim to succeed them neglect
produce them, that the Judge may see, and decide according to the wish of the deceased.
