of Palmerston North, Storekeeper, as Mortgagee under
Mortgage registered No. 4546 of Lot 16 of Subdivision of
Town Section 1043, Township of Palmerston, Vol. xxix., folio
215 (subject to previous mortgage, No. 4501), has applied for
an order of foreclosure against the said land, subject as
aforesaid; and that such order will be registered after the
expiration of one month from the publication hereof in the
New Zealand Gazette, unless in the meantime a sufficient
sum shall be realized by the sale of the said land to satisfy
the amount due on the said mortgage.

pany (Limited).
N OTICE is hereby given that, at the extraordinary general
meeting of the above-named Company held in the
Company's Office, 148, Princes Street, Dunedin, on the 31st
day of July, 1883, the following special resolution, passed on
the 6th day of July, 1883, was confirmed:-
"That the Last-shot Quartz-Mining Company (Limited)
be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of The Com-
panies Act, 1882."
And it was further resolved that Mr. Thomas Callender,
Accountant, be appointed Liquidator.
