Notice of Times and Places for Investigating Claims.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons
whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the block of
land of which the name and locality is mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are
published in the third column will be investigated at Gisborne, Poverty Bay, on the 21st day of August
next, and following days.

The maps of such of the land as has been surveyed can be seen at the Courthouse of the Resident
Magistrate, Gisborne.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant. Name and Locality of Block. Boundaries.
1. Wi Mahuika, Hohepa Wai-kore, and Otene Te Waaka Te Papakorokoro, near Gisborne Commence on the boundary of Ahirau at Horonui, Waiwhakaata, Mautotara, Mangarueke, join the boundary of Mangawai, Paoruapani, Te Manuka, Momonatewai, join up to the boundary of Woihora No. 2, proceed along that line, onward to Te Upokootumihikapua, onward to Whakapapatuakura, join the line of Waimata, onward to Taumatakotaha, Nga-pukonohi, Te Mingi, Pukewhinau, Tapuitao, join the boundary of Ngakoroa, proceed along Mangataikehu, as far as Te Papakorokoro, and join up to Horonui.
2. Patoromu Tawhaitari, Ra-wiri Noti, and Emere Te Ua Waituhi, near Turanga-nui Hianganui, proceed along Waipaoa, Tapui, along the boundary of Taureka, onward to Waipaoa, along Pouarua as far as Mangaotoria, along the boundary of Toreohaua, Tawhitikahu, Te Waituhi, and join up to Hianganui the starting point.
3. Hoera Ngaungau, Hirini Tipare, Mere Moana, Nepia Te Paka, Mita Puku, Ka-rauria Te Pei, and Raihania Tapuwhakairia Te Puninga, near Tura-nganui Te Puninga, Te Whareotamanuhiri, Hinetama, Tawatapu, turn westward, Orangipo, Ngahore, Ngatupuni, Omako, and join up at Te Puninga.
4. Anaru Matere, Rina Whi-ropo, and Harata Hinepoka Taringamotuhia, near Turanga The boundary of Te Arai is on one side; the boundary of Taomako at one end; the boundary of Tarakahukura on one side; and the stream of Te Waiti on one end.
