Notice of Time and Place for Inspecting Plan after Interlocutory Order.

MANAWATU, KUKUTAUAKI No. 7G, AND OPAEKETE BLOCKS.

Native Land Court,
Wellington, 16th Jnly, 1883.
WHEREAS at a Court held at Foxton on the twenty-third day of April, 1873, and following days,
orders were made respecting the aforesaid blocks of land, and that certificates of title thereto should
be made and issued when a proper survey should be made: Now notice is hereby given that the plans of
such surveys will be deposited for inspection at the Courthouse of the Resident Magistrate, Otaki, on the
seventh day of August, 1883.

If any person is desirous of making objections to the boundaries of the blocks as defined by the said
plans he must give notice thereof to the Court, stating the grounds of his objection. All such objections
will be heard and determined at a sitting of the Court to be held at Otaki on the twenty-first day of
August, 1883.

Wellington, 16th July, 1883.
WHEREAS at a Court held at Otaki on the twenty-seventh day of October, 1881, and following days,
orders were made respecting the aforesaid blocks of land, that the names of Ramari Pataua and
Anikara and others respectively should be registered as the owners thereof, and that certificates of their
title should be made and issued when proper surveys should be made: Now notice is hereby given that the
plans of such surveys will be deposited for inspection at the Courthouse of the Resident Magistrate,
Otaki, on the seventh day of August, 1883.
