NATIVE LAND COURT, NEW ZEALAND, BAY OF PLENTY DISTRICT.

I
N the matter of a judgment of the Court given at Maketu, in the said district, on the 28th day of
February, 1883, upon the hearing of a claim for investigation of title to land situate in the said district,
and known as Waipumuka Nos. 1, 2, and 3; and in the matter of the application of Ruka Pakuru and
others for a rehearing upon such lands; and in the matter of the application of Paora Te Amohau and
others for a rehearing upon Waipumuka;

I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that
behalf vested in me, do hereby dismiss such applications.

Dated this 9th day of July, 1883.

whenua i roto i taua Takiwa, ko Te Waotu Nama 2, ara, a Te Waotu ki te Tonga, te ingoa:

I runga hoki i te tono whakawa tuarua a Watuaio, me etahi atu kia whakawakia tuaruatia taua
kereeme:

Na, ko ahau ko Hone Eruini Maketanara, te Tumuaki Kaiwhakawa o taua Kooti, i runga i te mana
kua tukua mai nei ki ahau mo taua mahi, ka whakakahore atu nei i taua tono.

He mea tuhituhi i Akarana, i te 9 o nga ra o Hurae, 1883.

and known as Te Tuki; and in the matter of the application of Matenga Taiwhanga and others for a
rehearing upon such claim:

I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that
behalf vested in me, do hereby dismiss such application.
