MAHURANGI COAL PROSPECTING COMPANY
(LIMITED) WOUND UP.
A T a meeting of the Shareholders of the above Company,
held in the Public Hall, Warkworth, on the 25th
June, 1883, the following resolution was passed :—
Resolved—That, having heard the statement of accounts
laid before the meeting by the Liquidator, showing the
manner in which the winding-up of the affairs of the Com-
pany has been conducted, this meeting is of opinion, and
hereby declares, that the affairs of the Company have been
fairly wound up.

FOXTON PUBLIC HALL COMPANY (LIMITED).
I HEREBY publicly notify that the under-mentioned
resolutions, passed at an extraordinary general meet-
ing of Shareholders at the Public Hall, Foxton, on the 4th
June, 1883, were duly confirmed at an extraordinary general
meeting of shareholders convened for that purpose on the
27th June, 1883.
- That the Foxton Public Hall Company (Limited) be
wound-up voluntarily. - That ERNEST STEPHEN THYNNE be appointed a Liqui-
dator for the purpose of winding-up the affairs of the
Company and distributing the property, at a remuneration
of two and a half pounds per centum upon the net proceeds
of the realization of the assets of the Company.

TO HENRY BURKE, formerly of Williamstown, in the County
of Dublin, Ireland.
In the goods of James Burke, formerly of Williamstown
aforesaid, and afterwards of 191, Great Brunswick Street,
in the City of Dublin, and late of Valetta, Strand Road,
Merrion, in the County of Dublin, Esquire, Solicitor,
deceased.
N OTICE is hereby given to the said HENRY BURKE (a son
of said deceased), who left Williamstown aforesaid
upwards of twenty years ago for Australia, and who has not
since been heard of, that, should said Henry Burke apply in
person to THOMAS BURKE, of Valetta, Strand Road, Merrion,
in the County of Dublin, Esquire, the sole Executor named
in the last will and testament of the said James Burke, who
died on the 23rd day of February, 1883, at Valetta aforesaid,
and to whom probate of said will was granted forth of the
Principal Registry of the Probate and Matrimonial Division
of the High Court of Justice in Ireland on the 21st day of
March, 1883, the said Henry Burke will, upon such applica-
tion, and establishing his identity, hear of something to his
advantage; and in the event of said Henry Burke not re-
turning to Ireland and establishing his identity within ten
years from said 23rd day of February, 1883, he will forfeit all
benefit he would otherwise be entitled to.

ESTATE OF PHILLIP LAWRENCE, DECEASED.
P URSUANT to "The Trustee Relief Act, 1862," notice is
hereby given that all creditors and persons having any
claims or demands upon or against the Estate of PHILLIP
LAWRENCE, late of Blenheim, in the Provincial District of
Marlborough and Colony of New Zealand, Auctioneer, de-
ceased (who died on or about the 5th day of October, 1882,
and whose will was proved by THOMAS HORTON, of Blenheim
aforesaid, merchant, the executor therein named, on the
18th day of October, 1882, in the Supreme Court of New
Zealand, Nelson District, at Blenheim), are hereby required
to send in the particulars of their claims and demands to the
said Thomas Horton on or before the 1st day of October next:
And notice is hereby also given that after that day the said
executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased
among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the
claims of which the said executor shall then have notice:
And that he will not be liable for the assets, or any part
thereof, so distributed to any person of whose debt or claim
he shall not then have had notice.

I, ALFRED HASSALL KING, Registrar of the Supreme
Court for the District of Westland, do hereby notify
that an affidavit, a copy of which is hereunder given, by
George William Moss, Secretary of the Grey River Steam-
tug Company (Limited), has been lodged in the Resident
Magistrate's Court, at Greymouth, and forwarded to me;
and that, unless notice of objection be lodged with me within
sixty days of this date, I shall proceed to declare the said
Company to be dissolved, in manner provided by "The
Companies Act, 1882."

I, GEORGE WILLIAM MOSS, of Greymouth, in the Provin-
cial District of Westland, in New Zealand, Secretary of the
Grey River Steam-tug Company (Limited), (incorporated
under "The Joint-Stock Companies Act, 1860," do hereby
make oath and say, —
- That the nominal capital of the said Company is ten
thousand pounds in one thousand shares of ten pounds each,
but of which only seven hundred and thirty-two shares have
ever been issued. - That the said shares so issued have been fully paid up.
- That the Company has no assets, and has ceased to
carry on its operations.
And I do hereby apply for declaration of dissolution of
such Company.
