Crown-grant fees to be paid on completion of the purchase.
Plans and full particulars can be obtained at the Land Offices
in the North Island.

Applicants for any of the above lands may also send their
applications and deposits, with statutory declaration as required
by "The Land Act, 1877," through the post to the Land Office,
New Plymouth, to arrive on or before Monday, the 30th July.
Envelopes should be marked "Application for Deferred-payment
Land,
Survey District."

In the event of more than one application being received for
any one section, the right to occupy the same will be decided by
public auction, at New Plymouth, on Wednesday, the 1st
August, at 11 o'clock a.m.
