THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
[No. 63

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore
existing between JOSEPH BARNARD RHODES, ROBERT
HEATON RHODES, and CLIVE HENRY ERNEST RHODES, carrying
on business as Sheepfarmers and Graziers, under the style or firm
of "Rhodes Brothers," has been mutually dissolved, as from the
25th day of June, 1883. The business will be carried on by the
said Joseph Barnard Rhodes as from the said 25th day of June,
1883, by whom all debts owing by the late partnership will be
paid, and to whom all debts owing to the said late copartnership
must be paid, and whose receipt alone shall be a sufficient
discharge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsist-
ing between us, the undersigned, ROBERT DUNCAN YULE
and WILLIAM SMITH, carrying on business at Invercargill as
Clothiers and Outfitters, under the style or firm of "Wm.
Smith," was dissolved on the 31st day of January, 1883, by
mutual consent. All debts due to or owing by the said late
firm will be received and paid by the said William Smith, who
will continue the said business under the present style or firm
of "Wm. Smith."

As witness our hands this 21st day of June, 1883.
