Description of Land. These lots, which are principally
covered with titree, are situated at Helliers Creek, North
Shore, and are about 8 miles from Stokes Point. Some of
the sections front the Stokes Point and Lucas Creek Road.

Description of Land. Lots 65, 67, and 70, broken coun-
try, covered with bush, and containing a good deal of kauri
timber. These lots are situated close to the Makarau River,
by which timber can be easily got out; 79, about 20 acres
bush, containing a good deal of kauri; 84, all bush, contain-
ing a good deal of kauri: both sections broken.

Description of Land. Lots 154 and 155, at Lucas Creek,
chiefly open, undulating land, containing a little titree and
light bush, fronting the road from Stokes Point to Lucas
Creek.

Description of Land. Open, undulating land, situated at
Swanson Railway-station.

MANUKAU COUNTY.
Parish of Otau.

RODNEY COUNTY.
Parish of Hoteo.

Description of Land. Heavy mixed bush, with a small
quantity of kauri timber; soil, light sandstone; 25A and
northern portion of 27, frontage to road and Hoteo River.

HOBSON COUNTY.

These sections contain a large quantity of kauri timber.

WAIHEKE ISLAND.

Description of Land. Section 75, 21 acres swamp, 20
acres mixed bush; remainder, fern and titree, broken land;
76, 16 acres fern, remainder swamp.

WAIPA COUNTY.
Parish of Pukete.

Description of Land. Section 87, one-fourth fern land,
remainder swamp, easily drained; 88, one-half fern land, re-
mainder swamp, easily drained; 136 and 146, low, flat,
swampy land, partly covered with high manuka, soil good;
159, one-sixth fern land, remainder swamp; 162, one-tenth
fern land, remainder swamp; 166, nearly all swamp, easily
drained; 167, one-third fern land, remainder swamp; and
170, one-sixth fern land, remainder swamp.

Description of Land. About half fern land, remainder
swamp, easily drained.

WAIKATO COUNTY.
Parish of Whangamarino.

Description of Land. Section 359, 9 acres swamp and
titree, remainder swamp; 360, 40 acres swamp and titree,
remainder swamp; and 361, 3 acres swamp, remainder open.
