NATIVE LAND COURT ACT, 1880.
Notice of Times and Places for Investigating Claims.
NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons
whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several
blocks of land of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of
which are published in the third column will be investigated at Whitianga, Mercury Bay, on the 11th day
of July next, and following days.

The maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed can be seen at the Assistant Surveyor-General's
Office in Auckland.

Boundaries.

  1. Rawiri Taiporutu, Anaru Kuaotunu near Whiti- Commence at Te Waihirere on the northern
    Pahupahu and others
    anga
    side, ascend to the eastern side of Pakiuma,
    continue along the ridge, Te Kiripaka, along
    the western side of Pungarehuroa, as far as
    Honia, turn to the South along the boundary
    of Waitaia as far as Tutakirua, continue to
    Te Tutu, turn to the boundary of Mapauriki,
    continue, and arrive at the Mapauriki stream,
    proceed along the stream on the western side.
    as far as the boundary of Matarangi, turn
    eastward, and proceed as far as Owaria,
    continue along the ridge to Apereakahu (this
    is on the shore), turn to the East along the
    shore, Okarorea, arrive at Te Waihirere, and
    stop.

    Waimoka near Whiti- Proceed along the stream of Waimoka, Okarore,
    turn to the South-east, as far as the stream
    of Pitoone, turn along the Government boun-
    dary, and close up at Waimoka.
    Raupuha near Whiti- Commence at Maukaha, ascend to Matukutako-
    anga
    tako, continue to Te Tahanga, continue, Te
    Ramarama, turn southward, descend to Poko-
    wharu, turn eastward, Te Raupuha, Te Wai-.
    hirere, Panekokiri, proceed northward, and
    close up at Maukaha.
