Waiuku Riding.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-east by the Pukekohe Riding, hereinbefore
described; towards the South-east by a line along the middle
of the Waikato River; towards the South-west by the ocean;
and towards the North-west and North generally by the Pollock
Settlement Road District, Manukau Harbour, and the Waiuku
and the Mauku Estuaries to the place of commencement:
including all islands in the said Waikato River between the
Mauku Road District and the ocean.

PIAKO COUNTY.

Waitoa Riding.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North by Thames County, from the south-western
corner of that county to the Waihou or Thames River; thence
towards the North-east by that river to the termination of the
north-western boundary-line of the Turanga-o-moana Block;
thence towards the South-east by a right line to the Waitoa
River, at the termination of the south-eastern boundary-line of
the Pourewa Block; thence again towards the North-east and
South-east by the Waitoa River aforesaid to its confluence with
the Mangapapa River; thence by the latter river to the north-
eastern boundary-line of Te Tapui Block; thence towards the
South-west and again towards the South-east by Te Tapui
Block aforesaid to the Taotaoroa Riding, hereinafter described;
thence by the Taotaoroa Riding aforesaid to Waikato County;
and thence towards the South-west and West by Waikato
County aforesaid to the place of commencement.

Matamata Riding.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
generally towards the North-east by the Waitoa Riding, herein
before described, from the Waitoa River to the Waihou or
Thames River; thence towards the North-east by that river to
the Wairere Stream; thence again towards the North-east and
towards the North by that stream to the termination of a right
line being the production of the eastern boundary-line of the
Okauia Block No. 4; thence again towards the North-east by
the right line aforesaid to the north-eastern corner of that
block; thence by the eastern boundary-line of Okauia Block
No. 4 aforesaid for a distance of 6000 links, more or less, to a
corner on the same; thence towards the South and South-west
by lines running parallel to and at a distance of 3000 links
from the southern boundary-line of the last-mentioned block to
the confluence of the Mangawhero and the Waihou Rivers;
thence towards the South-east by the Mangawhero River afore-
said to the Mangawhara Block No. 1; thence by that block
and Blocks Nos. 1B, 2, 3, and 4, and by the Okoroire and the
Waipa Blocks to the Waikato River; thence towards the
South-west by that river to the Hinuwera Block No. 2; thence
towards the West and South-west by the Taotaoroa Riding,
hereinafter described, to the north-western boundary-line of Te
Tapui Block; and thence generally towards the North-west by
the Waitoa Riding, hereinbefore described, to the place of com-
mencement.

Taotaoroa Riding.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-east and East by Te Pae o tu Rawaru, Te
Tapui, Te Puketutu, and Te Hinuwera No. 3 Blocks to the
Waikato River; thence towards the South and South-west by
that river to the western boundary-line of Section No. 335,
Parish of Hautapu, Cambridge Survey District; thence towards
the West by that boundary-line; thence across a road and by
the western boundary-line of Section No. 230, Parish of Hau-
tapu aforesaid, to the Karapera Creek; thence towards the
North by that creek to the southern side of a road forming the
north-western boundary of Section No. 276, Parish of Hautapu
aforesaid; thence towards the North-west by the last-mentioned
road to the northernmost corner of Section No. 276, Parish of
Hautapu aforesaid; thence again towards the North-east by
the north-eastern boundary-lines of Section No. 276 aforesaid
and of Sections Nos. 275, 274, 273, 272, 271, 270, 269, 268, 267,
and 266, all of the Parish of Hautapu aforesaid, to the confisca-
tion boundary-line; thence again towards the North-west by the
confiscation boundary-line aforesaid to Kopuahau; thence again
towards the South-west by that boundary-line to the south-
eastern boundary-line of the Maunganui Block; thence again
towards the North-west by the said Maunganui Block and the
Maungakawa Block and the Tawawhakapuoro Block to Te Pae
o tu Rawaru aforesaid, the place of commencement.

WAIPA COUNTY.
Pukekura Riding.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-east by the Waikato River, from Mystery
Creek to the confiscation boundary-line; thence towards the
South-east by that boundary-line to the north-eastern corner of
Section No. 158, Parish of Puniu, Puniu Survey District; thence
towards the South-west by that section and Sections Nos. 157
and 156, and the production of the north-eastern boundary-
line of the last-mentioned section to Section No. 307; thence
towards the North-west by that section and Sections Nos. 306
and 305 to the north-eastern corner of the last-mentioned
section; thence again towards the South-west by Sections Nos.
305 aforesaid, 304, 292, 286, and 217, Parish of Puniu afore-
said, to the south-eastern corner of Section No. 181, Parish of
Ngaroto; thence again towards the North-west by Sections
Nos. 181 aforesaid, 180, 179, 178, 177, 176, 175, 174, 173, 172,
and 171 to the north-eastern corner of the last-mentioned
section; thence again towards the South-west by Section No.
171 aforesaid; thence across a road and by Sections Nos. 207
and 222; thence across a road, and by Sections Nos. 238 and
251A, and the production of the north-eastern boundary-line of the
last-mentioned section to the middle of the road forming the
western boundary of Section No. 244; thence again towards
the South-east by a line along the middle of that road to its
intersection by the production of the north-eastern boundary-
line of Section No. 250; thence towards the South by a right
line to and thence by that section to the margin of Roto-
manuka; thence by the southern margin of that lake to the
southern boundary-line of Section No. 282, Parish of Ngaroto
aforesaid, and by that boundary-line to the middle of the
road traversing that section; thence by a line along the middle
of that road to the middle of the road forming the northern
boundary of Section No. 282 aforesaid, and by a line along
the middle of that road and its continuation to the south-
western corner of Section No. 351, Parish of Ngaroto aforesaid;
thence towards the North-west by the western boundary-lines of
Sections Nos. 351 aforesaid, 350, 349, 348, 347, 346, 345, 344,
343, and 343A; thence across a road and by the western
boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 342 and 341, Parish of Ngaroto
aforesaid, to the north-western corner of the last-mentioned
section; thence by the Tuhikaramea Road District; and thence
again towards the North-east and North-west by the Tuhikara-
mea Road District aforesaid and the Hamilton Road District
to the place of commencement.

Rangiaohia Riding.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland,
bounded towards the North and North-east generally by the
Pukekura Riding, hereinbefore described, from the middle of the
road at the south-western corner of Section No. 351, Parish of
Ngaroto, Hamilton Survey District, to the easternmost corner
of Section No. 158, Parish of Puniu, Puniu Survey District;
thence towards the South-east by the confiscation boundary-line
to the Puniu River; thence towards the South-west by that
river to its confluence with the Ruapahu Stream; thence
towards the West by that stream to the southern corner of
Section No. 145, Parish of Mangapiko; thence by the south-
western west boundary-line of that section and its production to the
middle of the road forming its north-western boundary; thence
by a line along the middle of that road to the southern corner
of Section No. 234; thence by the south-western boundary-
lines of Sections Nos. 234 and 236 and across a road
to the south-western corner of Section No. 321; thence by
the western boundary-line of that section and the western
boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 67, 66, 65, 61, 59, 58, and 56
to the middle of the road forming the northern boundary of
Section No. 56 aforesaid; thence by a line along the middle of
that road to the south-western corner of Section No. 43; thence
by Sections Nos. 40 and 327, and the southern, western,
and northern boundary-lines of Section No. 47, the western
boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 48 and 49, the southern, south-
western, and northern boundary-lines of Section No. 55, the
northern and western boundary-lines of Section No. 50, the
western boundary-line of Section No. 51, and the southern
boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 52, 53, and 54, all of the Parish
of Mangapiko aforesaid, to Lake Ngaroto; thence by the north-
eastern margin of that lake to the south-western boundary-line
of Section No. 297, Parish of Ngaroto aforesaid; thence by that
boundary-line to the road forming the south-western boundary
of that section, and by a line along the middle of that road
and its continuation past Sections Nos. 298, 299, and 300A to
the place of commencement.

RAGLAN COUNTY.

Te Akau Riding.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland,
bounded towards the North-west by a line along the middle of
the Waikato River to a point in line with the production of
the south-western boundary-line of the Parish of Whangape;
thence towards the North-east by a right line to and thence by
that parish and by the Parishes of Pepepe and Waipa to
Whaingaroa Harbour at Puketutu; thence towards the South-
east by that harbour; and thence towards the South-west by
the ocean to the place of commencement.

Karioi Riding.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-west by Whaingaroa Harbour, from the
entrance to Ohira Creek to the eastern boundary-line of Te Akau
