Land Transfer Act Notices.

NOTICE is hereby given that HUGH GILLIGAN, claiming
as heir-at-law to his father, JAMES GILLIGAN, late of
Wairoa, Hawke's Bay, Labourer, deceased, has applied to be
registered as Proprietor of an estate in fee-simple of and in
1 rood 26 perches, more or less, comprising Town Sections
Nos. 233 and 234, in the Town of Clyde, Wairoa, as comprised
in Register-book, Vol. i., folio 121; and further, that he will be
so registered, unless caveat forbidding the same be lodged within
one calendar month after the date of the Gazette containing
this notice.
