THE under-mentioned Rural Lands will be open for applica-
tion, on deferred-payments, at the Land Offices, Patea,
Hawera, and New Plymouth, on Monday, the 30th July, 1883;
or will be sold by public auction, for cash, at the Land Office,
New Plymouth, on Wednesday, the 1st August, 1883.
Lithographic plans can be obtained at any Land Office.

Applications may be made at the Land Offices, Patea,
Hawera, or New Plymouth, on Monday, the 30th July.
Applicants for any of the above lands may also send their
applications and deposits, with statutory declaration as required
by "The Land Act, 1877," through the post to the Land Office,
New Plymouth, to arrive on or before Monday, the 30th July.
Envelopes should be marked "Application for Deferred-payment
Land, — Survey District."

In the event of more than one application being received for
any one section, the right to occupy the same will be decided by
public auction, at New Plymouth, on Wednesday, the 1st
August, at 11 o'clock a.m.

LANDS TO BE SOLD FOR CASH, AT NEW PLYMOUTH,
ON WEDNESDAY, 1ST AUGUST, 1883.

Terms of Sale: One-fourth of purchase-money to be paid at
sale, and the balance to the Receiver of Land Revenue, Patea,
Hawera, or New Plymouth, within one calendar month from
date of sale; otherwise the deposit will be forfeited, and the
contract for the sale of the land thenceforth be null and void.
Crown-grant fee to be paid on completion of purchase.

DEFERRED PAYMENTS.

ON Tuesday, the 10th July next, fifteen sections, as per
Schedule at foot, will be open to selectors.
Applications will be received at the Land Office, Wellington,
and at the Institute, Masterton, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Should
two or more persons apply for the same section, it will be put
up to auction between the applicants, on Thursday, at 10.30
a.m., at the Masterton Institute.
