DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto sub-
sisting between us, the undersigned CHARLES THOMPSON,
DAVID THOMPSON, and ALLAN HENRY THOMPSON, as Flax-
millers and Flaxdressers, at Waitohi Valley, in the Provincial
District of Marlborough, in the Colony of New Zealand, under
the style or firm of "Thompson Brothers," has been this day
dissolved by mutual consent, the said Allan Henry Thompson
having retired from the firm.
The business will in future be carried on by the said Charles
Thompson and David Thompson, who will pay all debts owing
by the late firm, and to whom all moneys due to the said firm
must be paid.
As witness our hands, this 11th day of June, 1883.

ADVERTISEMENT OF DISSOLUTION BY INSTRUMENT.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Loyal Winchester Lodge,
No. 17, Register No 146 (10), held at Winchester, a
branch of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows of New
Zealand Friendly Society, is dissolved by instrument, registered
at this office the 20th day of June, 1883, unless, within three
months from the date of the Gazette in which this advertise-
ment appears, proceedings be commenced by a member or other
person interested in or having any claim on the funds of the
branch to set aside such dissolution, and the same is set aside
accordingly.
