SUBDIVISION OF HEREDITAMENTS.
Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, June 4th, 1883.
NOTICE is hereby given that, at a sitting of this Court to be held at Maketu in the District of Bay
of Plenty, on the 15th day of June instant, will be heard the application of Alexander Mackay,
Esquire, Commissioner of Native Reserves, for an order of Court defining the proportionate shares of the
persons found by the Native Land Court to be the owners of the two reserves in Te Puke Block, Bay of
Plenty District, containing respectively 1,000 acres and 500 acres, the boundaries of which are described
in the Schedule hereunder.
And in pursuance of the provision of section seven of "The Native Land Division Act, 1882," all
persons having in their possession any Original Grant or other Instrument of Title relating to any of the
lands aforesaid are hereby ordered to produce the same at the said sitting of the Court.

SCHEDULE.
TE PUKE RESERVE, 500 ACRES.
BOUNDED towards the North-east by Allotment No. 19, the crossing of a road-line, and Allotment No. 23,
3,907 links; towards the East by the Waiari River; towards the South-west by Allotment No. 1, the
crossing of a road-line, and Allotments Nos. 11 and 12, 6,022 links; and towards the North-west by
Allotment No. 12 aforesaid, and Allotments Nos. 30, 29, 28, 27, 26, 25, and 18, 8,175 links: be all the
aforesaid linkages more or less.
TE PUKE RESERVE, 1,000 ACRES (MOTUNGARARA).
BOUNDED towards the North-east by a line, 4,903 links; towards the East by the Atuaroa River, the
Raparapahoe River, thence by Allotment No. 2, 700 links; towards the South-west by Allotment No. 2
aforesaid, 7,637 links; and towards the North-west by the Waitaha No. 1 Block, 20,000 links: be all the
aforesaid linkages more or less.
