All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, being Lot No. 96A, Parish of Koheroa, situated in Block II., Maramarua Survey District, and containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the North-west by a road, 1113 links; towards the South-east by a road, 936 links; towards the South-west and again towards the North-west by Lot No. 96 of said parish and block, 860 links and 228·2 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this nineteenth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-three.
