THE GERALDINE MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that the Registered Office of the
Geraldine Mining Company (Limited) has been changed
from Exchange Chambers, Princes Street, Dunedin, to Colonial
Bank Buildings, Water Street, Dunedin; and that Mr.
ALEXANDER BARTLEMAN has been appointed Legal Manager of
the Company, in room of Mr. John Alexander Mackenzie.

MAHURANGI COAL-PROSPECTING COMPANY
(LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that a General Meeting of the
Shareholders in the above Company will be held in the
Public Hall, Warkworth, on Monday, the 25th June, 1883, at
10 a.m., for the purpose of considering the Liquidator's account,
showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company
has been conducted and the property disposed of.

church, Barrister and Solicitor, has been appointed a
Notary Public for the colonies.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of £2
per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than
three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
ADVERTISEMENTS are charged at the uniform rate of 6d.
per line for each insertion.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
Communications should be addressed to the Government
Printer, Wellington, to whom post-office money-orders should
be made payable.

NO ADVERTISEMENT WILL BE INSERTED WITHOUT PREPAY-
MENT BEING MADE.
Postage or duty stamps cannot in any case be received in
payment from any place at which post-office orders are issued.
Booksellers and Advertising Agents will be allowed a com-
mission at the rate of 5 per cent.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening
in each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the
Government Printer before 2 o'clock of the day preceding
publication.
