towards the South-east by the south-eastern boundary-line of the
Parish of Komokoriki and by the Makarau River to the Kai-
para Harbour aforesaid; and thence towards the West by that
harbour to the place of commencement.

Matakana West Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-east generally by the southern boundary-lines
of Sections Nos. 111 and 110, the western and southern boun-
dary-lines of Section No. 104, the western and southern
boundary-lines of Section No. 67, and the southern boun-
dary-line of Section No. 68, all of the Parish of Omaha, Pakiri
Survey District; thence towards the East by the south-eastern
boundary-line of Section No. 65; thence again towards the
North-east by the north-eastern boundary-line of Section No. 29,
Parish of Omaha aforesaid; thence towards the South-east by
Whangateau Harbour and the Omaha Harbour to a point
in line with the southern boundary of Section No. 34,
Parish of Matakana, and a right line across that harbour
to the north-western corner of Section No. 35, Parish of Mata-
kana; thence by Sections Nos. 35 aforesaid, 42, and 53, last-
mentioned parish, to the stream forming the south-western
boundary of the last-mentioned section; thence again towards
the North-east by that stream and Matakana Harbour;
thence towards the South and South-west and again towards
the South by that harbour and by the Upper Mahurangi Road
District, hereinbefore described, to the summit of the Dome;
thence towards the West by the Tauhoa Road District, herein-
before described, to the Parish of Pakiri, Mahurangi Survey
District; and thence towards the North-west generally by that
parish to the place of commencement.

Matakana East Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North and North-east by the Whangateau Harbour
and the ocean, from the south head of the Harbour of Big
Omaha to Tawaranui Point; thence towards the South-east
by the ocean to the north head of Matakana Harbour;
thence towards the South-west by that harbour to the Mata-
kana West Road District, hereinbefore described; thence
again towards the South-west and towards the North-west
by that road district to the Harbour of Big Omaha afore-
said; and thence towards the North generally by that harbour
to the place of commencement.

Omaha Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-east by the ocean, from the south head of
the Pakiri River to Cape Rodney; thence towards the South-
east by the ocean and by the Harbour of Little Omaha to the
north head of Whangateau Harbour; thence towards the
South by the latter harbour to the Matakana West Road Dis-
trict, hereinbefore described; thence towards the South-west
generally by that road district to the north-western boundary
line of Section No. 111, Parish of Omaha, Pakiri Survey Dis-
trict; thence towards the North-west by the north-western
boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 111 aforesaid, 112, 113, 114,
115, 116, 46, and 41, Parish of Omaha aforesaid, to the Pakiri
River aforesaid; and thence by that river to the place of com-
mencement.

Puhoi Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North, West, again towards the North and towards
the North-east generally by the Lower Mahurangi Road District,
hereinbefore described; from the north-western corner of the
Parish of Puhoi to the ocean; thence towards the East by the
ocean to the mouth of the Waiwera River; thence towards the
South by that river and the Parish of Waiwera; and thence
towards the West by the western boundary-line of the Parish
of Puhoi aforesaid to the place of commencement.

Wainui Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North by the Puhoi Road District, hereinbefore
described; thence towards the East by the ocean to the Orewa
River; thence towards the South by that river to the north-
eastern corner of Section No. 146, Parish of Waiwera, Waiwera
Survey District; thence again towards the East generally
by the north-eastern and south-eastern boundary-lines of that
section, the eastern boundary-line of Section No. 193, and the
northern and western boundary-lines of Section No. 61, all of
the Parish of Waiwera aforesaid, to the Weiti or Wade
River; thence towards the South by that river to the
south-eastern corner of Section No. 253, Parish of Pukeatua;
thence by that section to the south side of the road at its
northern corner; thence by the southern side of the road
forming the north-western boundary of Section No. 253 afore-
said and the north-western boundaries of Sections Nos. 252,
251, and 250. Parish of Pukeatua aforesaid; thence by the
eastern side of the road forming the western boundary of the
last-mentioned section and of Section No. 249; thence by the

southern side of the road forming the northern boundaries of
Sections Nos. 94, 93, 92, 91, 89, 88, 87, 86, 85, and 84 of the
last-mentioned parish; thence towards the East by the last-
mentioned section to the north-eastern corner of Section No.
306, Parish of Pukeatua; thence again towards the South and
towards the South-west by the Waipapa-Kauri Stream to its
confluence with the Kaukapakapa River; thence by that
river to the eastern boundary-line of Section No. 64, Parish of
Kaukapakapa; thence towards the West by that section and
the south-western and north-western boundary-lines of Sec-
tion No. 65 of the last-mentioned parish; thence by Sections
Nos. 62, 59, 56, 51, and 26, all of the parish of Kaukapakapa
aforesaid, to the north-eastern corner of the last-mentioned
section; thence towards the North and East by the northern
and eastern boundary-lines of Section No. 27; thence again
towards the North by Section No. 28, Parish of Kaukapakapa
aforesaid, to the Parish of Waiwera; thence again towards the
West generally by the parish of Kaukapakapa aforesaid and
the Parish of Makarau; and thence again towards the North
by the last-mentioned parish to the place of commencement.

WAITEMATA COUNTY.

Kaukapakapa Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-west by the Makarau and the Rauhori
Rivers, and the north-western boundary-line of the Parish of
Makarau; thence towards the East by the Parish of Puhoi;
thence towards the South by the Parish of Waiwera; thence
again towards the East by the last-mentioned parish to the
road forming the south-eastern boundary of Section No. 28,
Parish of Kaukapakapa; thence towards the South-east by
that road; thence towards the West and South and again
towards the East by Section No. 27, Parish of Kaukapakapa
aforesaid; thence again towards the South and East by the
road forming the northern boundary of Section No. 52 and by
the southern side of the road forming the south-western
boundaries of Sections Nos. 52 aforesaid, 57, 58, and 63, all of
the parish last mentioned; thence by Section No. 65 and the
western side of the road forming the western boundary of
Section No. 66; thence by the eastern boundary-line of Section
No. 64 to the Kaukapakapa River; thence towards the North-east
by that river and the Waipapa Kauri Stream to the north-
eastern corner of Section No. 306, Parish of Pukeatua; thence
again towards the East and South by the eastern and southern
boundary-lines of Section No. 306 aforesaid to the Waipuaka-
kahu Stream; thence towards the South-east by that stream to
the northernmost corner of Section No. 34, Parish of Pukeatua
aforesaid; thence again towards the North-east by the north-
eastern boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 34 aforesaid, 33, 32, 31,
30, 38, and 36 of that parish; thence again towards the South
by the southern boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 36 aforesaid
and 35 of the same parish; thence again towards the South-
east by a right line from the south-western corner of the last-
mentioned section to the south-eastern corner of Section No.
56, Parish of Ararimu; thence by the southern boundary-lines
of Sections Nos. 56 and 57 of that parish; thence again towards
the East by a road forming the eastern boundary of Section
No. 59; thence again towards the South by the southern
boundary-line of Section No. 59 aforesaid; thence again towards
the West by the western boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 59
aforesaid and 58; thence towards the South-west by the south-
western boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 35, 34, 33, 32, 31, 30,
29, 28, 27, 26, and 21, Parish of Ararimu aforesaid, to the
Kaukapakapa River; thence again towards the South by that
river to its confluence with the Kaipara River; and thence
again towards the West by the Kaipara River aforesaid and the
Kaipara Estuary to the mouth of the Makarau River, the place
of commencement.

Lake Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North by Dacre's claim and its southern boun-
dary-line produced to the southern side of the Okura River;
thence by the southern side of that river to the North Head at
the entrance; thence towards the East by the ocean to a right
line being the production of the northern boundary-line of
Allotment No. 1 of Section No. 1 of Parish of Takapuna,
Rangitoto Survey District; thence towards the South by that
right line and Allotments Nos. 1 aforesaid, 2, and 3 of Section
No. 1 aforesaid to Shoal Bay; thence towards the South-west
generally by that bay to the southernmost corner of Allotment
No. 68 of Section No. 1 aforesaid; thence towards the South-
east by the south-eastern boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 50 and
49 to the southernmost corner of the last-mentioned section;
thence again towards the South-west by the south-western
boundary-line of Section No. 49 aforesaid; thence across a
road and by the south-western boundary-lines of Sections Nos.
93 and 102; thence across another road and by the south-
western boundary-line of Section No. 107; thence towards the
North-west by the north-western boundary-line of the last-
mentioned section and of Sections Nos. 106 and 105; thence
again towards the South-west generally by Sections Nos. 114,
116, and 117 to the road at the northernmost corner of the
