NOTICE is hereby given that, at an extraordinary general
meeting of the Thames Deep Level Tribute Company
(Limited), held on the 24th day of November, 1882, the follow-
ing resolution was passed :-
"That this Company be wound up voluntarily; and that
JAMES STODART be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for
the purpose of such winding up."

(Limited) be amalgamated with the Martha and Waihi Gold-
Mining Companies." - "That the Young Colonial Gold-Mining Company
