Trustees appointed for the Maintenance of the Riwaka Public
Cemetery.
JAMES PRENDERGAST,
Administrator of the Government.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries Act, 1882,"
I, James Prendergast, the Administrator of the Government of
the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several
persons whose names are specified in the first column of the
Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance
and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column
of the said Schedule.

RIWAKA.
All that piece or parcel of land con-
taining by admeasurement 1 acre and 9
perches, be the same more or less, situated
in the District of Riwaka, being part of
Section No. 64 on Square IX. on the
plan of the Land District of Nelson, and
bounded as follows: On the Northward,
125 links, and on the Eastward, 846
links, by other part of Section No. 64;
on the Southward, 125 links, by a public
road; and on the Westward, 846 links,
by a school reserve.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, this ninth day of January,
one thousand eight hundred and eighty-three.

Trustee appointed for Timaru Cemetery.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries Act,
1882," I, James Prendergast, the Administrator of the Govern-
ment of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
FREDERICK LE CREN
to be a Trustee, in the place of Arthur Ormsby, resigned, to
provide for the maintenance and care of the Timaru Cemetery,
in conjunction with the other persons appointed by warrant
under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the
Government on the twenty-eighth day of October, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, this eighth day of January,
one thousand eight hundred and eighty-three.

NOTE.βThis warrant is issued in lieu of that published in
Gazette No. 106, of the 7th December, 1882, in consequence of
an error which occurs therein.

the seventy-fifth section of "The Land Act, 1877," I,
James Prendergast, the Administrator of the Government of
the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
JOHN HOLLAND BAKER, Esquire,
DAVID MCMILLAN, Esquire, M.H.R., and
REGINALD FOSTER, Esquire,
to be Commissioners for the purpose of classifying all the
Crown lands remaining unsold within Run No. 694, Class 3,
situate in the County of Ashley. Also all the Crown lands
remaining unsold within Runs Nos. 423, 443, Class 2, Nos. 164,
184, 233, 252, 320, 357, 358, 416, 519, 520, 548, 686, 687, 793,
and 794, Class 3, situate in the County of Geraldine, within
the Land District of Canterbury; in the manner provided by
the said seventy-fifth section.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, this ninth day of Jannary, one
thousand eight hundred and eighty-three.

James Prendergast, the Administrator of the Government of
the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
JAMES PILLANS MAITLAND, Esquire,
HENRY CLARK, Esquire, and
WILLIAM ARTHUR, Esquire,
to be Commissioners for the purpose of classifying all lands
recently surveyed in Otago under the designation of proposed
pastoral deferred-payment lands, in the manner provided by the
said seventy-fifth section.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, this ninth day of January, one
thousand eight hundred and eighty-three.

mand the Volunteer Forces in the White Cliffs, New
Plymouth, Cape Egmont, Patea, Wanganui, and Rangitikei
Volunteer Districts.
