Allday Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north by the Chelsea Subdivision,
hereinbefore described; thence towards the south-east by the
ocean; thence towards the south and south-west by a line along
the middle of the Waianakarua River and it's north branch;
and thence again towards the south-west and towards the
north-west by a line along the middle of the Main North
Road to the place of commencement.

Copmanhurst Subdivision.
Bounded generally towards the north by the Sydney Sub-
division, hereinbefore described; thence towards the east by
the Allday Subdivision, hereinbefore described; thence towards
the south-east and south by the south-eastern and southern
boundary-lines of the Otepopo Road District, hereinbefore
described; and thence towards the west by the western
boundary-line of the Otepopo Road District aforesaid to the
place of commencement.

PENINSULA COUNTY.

Portobello Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Otago, bounded
towards the south-west and north-west by Otago Harbour to
the north-westernmost corner of the Native reserve; thence
towards the north-east by that reserve and the Papanui
Inlet; thence again towards the north-east by the Native
reserve aforesaid; thence towards the south-east by the ocean
and Hooper's Inlet, and sections Nos. 31 and 30, Block V.,
Portobello Bay Survey District; thence across a road; and
towards the west generally by sections Nos. 2 of 64, 2 of 36,
1 of 36, 35, 34, 33, 45, 47, 49, and 2 of 51, to the Portobello
Road; thence again towards the south-east generally across and
by that road and sections Nos. 1 of 46, 2 of 46, 53, and 52;
thence across a road and by section No. 71, all of Block II.,
Otago Peninsula Survey District, to the south eastern corner of
section No. 73, Block II. aforesaid; thence by a right line to the
north-eastern corner of section No. 70; thence by section No.
71 aforesaid, and sections os. 63, 65, 66, and 654, and sections
Nos. 66 aforesaid, and 67 of Block II., Otago Peninsula Survey
District aforesaid; thence by the last-mentioned section, a
road, and sections Nos. 10, 9, 2 of 8, 1 of 8, 7, 6, 5, 1 of 3, and
1 of 2, Block I., Otago Peninsula Survey District aforesaid;
and thence by the boundary-line between Upper Harbour East
Survey District and Otago Peninsula Surrey District aforesaid
to the northernmost corner of section No. 1, Block VIII.,
Anderson's Bay Survey District; thence by that section to its
westernmost corner; thence by a right line to the easternmost
corner of section No. 8, Block V., Anderson's Bay Survey Dis-
trict aforesaid; thence by that section and by sections Nos. 7,
6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1, a closed rond, and the north-western boun-
dary-line of section No. 12, Block V., Anderson's Bay Survey
District aforesaid, produced to Otago Harbour, the place of
commencement. Also all that area bounded towards the west
and north by Otago Harbour; thence towards the south-east by
section No. 11, Block L.I., Anderson's Bay Survey District;
thence towards the south-west by a roazi bounding section No. 12
for about 10 chains; thence towards the south-east by a line
bearing about south 30° west until it touches a road leading to Mr.
Cutten's house; thence by that road to the western boundary
line of land occupied by Mr. Williams, in section No. 72, Block
VII., Town Survey District; and thence by the western boun-
dary-line of that land to Otago Harbour, the place of com-
mencement.

North-East Harbour Subdivision.
Bounded towards the south-west and north-west by Otago
Harbour; thence towards the north by section No. 13, Upper
Harbour East Survey District, and section No. 71, Block II.,
Otago Peninsula Survey District, to the Peninsula Road Dis-
trict, hereinafter described; thence towards the east, south,
and south-east by the Peninsula Road District aforesaid to
Otago Harbour, the place of commencement. Also bounded
towards the west and north by Otago Harbour; thence towards
the south-east by section No. 11, Block 1.II., Anderson's Bay
Survey District; thence towards the south-west by a road
bounding section No. 12 for about 10 chains; thence towards
the south-east by a line bearing about south 30° west until it
touches a road leading to Mr. Cutten's house; thence by that
road to the western boundary-line of land occupied by Mr.
Williams, in section No. 72, Block VII., Towu Survey District;
and thence by the western boundary-line of that land to Otago
Harbour, the place of commencement.

Broad Bay Subdivision.
Bounded towards the west and north by Otago Harbour;
thence across a road to the north-western corner of section
No. 1, Block VI., Portobello Bay Survey District; thence
towards the east and north-east by section No. 1 aforesaid and
sections Nos. 2, 3, and 4 of Block VI. aforesaid; thence across a
road to section No. 29, Block V., Portobello Bay Survey District
aforesaid; thence by that section and sections Nos. 27, 25, 23,
21, 19, 17, 15, and 14, Block V., Portobello Bay Survey District
aforesaid; thence across a road to Hooper's Inlet; thence
towards the east by Hooper's Inlet aforesaid; thence towards
the south-east, south-west, and again towards the south-east by
the Peninsula Road District, hereinafter described; and thence
again towards the south-west by the North-East Harbour Sub-
division, hereinbefore described, to the place of commencement.

Portobello Bay Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north-west by Otago Harbour; thence
towards the north-east by the Native reserve and Papanui
Inlet; thence again towards the north-east by the Native
reserve aforesaid; thence towards the south-east by the ocean;
and thence towards the south-west by Hooper's Inlet and the
Broad Bay Subdivision, hereinbefore described, to the place of
commencement.

Peninsula Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Otago, bounded
generally towards the north-west by Otago Harbour and the
Portobello Road District, hereinbefore described; thence
towards the east by Hooper's Inlet and the ocean; thence
towards the south by the ocean; thence towards the west
by the Borough of Caversham; thence again towards the
north-west and towards the south-west by the Boroughs of St.
Kilda and South Dunedin to the place of commencement.

Anderson's Bay Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north-west by Otago Harbour and
the Portobello Road District, hereinbefore described; thence
towards the east by a right line from the south-eastern corner
of section No. 45, Upper Harbour East Survey District, to the
northernmost corner of section No. 41, Block III., Tomahawk
Survey District; thence towards the south-east by the Toma-
hawk Survey District aforesaid to the westernmost corner of
section No. 27, Block III. aforesaid; thence across a road to
section No. 22; thence towards the south-west by sections
Nos. 22 aforesaid, 21, 20, 19, 18, and 17, Block VIII., Andor-
son's Bay Survey District, to the northernmost corner of the
last-mentioned section; thence again towards the south-east by
section No. 17 aforesaid; thence across a road and by sections
Nos. 13 and 23, Block VII., Anderson's Day Survey District
aforesaid, to the lagoon; thence by that lagoon; thence again
towards the south-west and south-east by Block VII., Otago
Peninsula Survey District, to the Borough of St. Kilda; and
by the Borough of St. Kilda aforesaid and the Borough of
South Dunedin to the place of commencement.

Highcliffe Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north-west by the Portobello Road
District, hereinbefore described, to the north western boundary-
line of section No. 1 of 46, Block II., Otago Peninsula Survey
District; thence towards the north-east by that section and
sections Nos. 1 of 44, 42, 40, and 39; thence across a road and
by other part of section No. 39 aforesaid; thence by sections
Nos. 38 and 37, all of Block II. aforesaid; thence towards the
south and south-east and north-east respectively by section
No. 4, across a road, and by other portion of section No. 4
aforesaid; thence across a road to the northernmost corner
of section No. 1 of 3; thence by sections No. 1 of 3 aforesaid and
2 of 3; thence across a road to section No. 52, all of Block III.,
Otago Peninsula Survey District aforesaid; thence by that
section and across a road to the ocean; thence towards the
south by the ocean; and thence towards the south-west and
west by the Tomahawk Survey District and the Anderson's
Bay Subdivision, hereinbefore described, to the place of com-
mencement.

Tomahawk Subdivision.
Bounded generally towards the north-west by the Anderson's
Bay Subdivision, hereinbofore described; thence towards the
north-east and south-east by the Highcliffe Subdivision, herein-
before described; thence towards the south by the ocean; thence
towards the west by the Borough of Caversham; and thence
again towards the north-west and towards the south-west by
the Borough of St. Kilda to the place of commencement.

Sandymount Subdivision.
Bonnded towards the north-west and north-east by the
Portobello Road District, hereinbefore described, to the south-
eastern corner of section No. 1, Block V., Portobello Bay Survey
District; thence towards the east by Hooper's Inlet and the
ocean; thence towards the south-east by the ocean; and thence
towards the south-west and north-west and again towards the
south-west by the Highcliffe Subdivision, hereinbefore described,
to the place of commencement.

TAIERI COUNTY.

Kaikorai Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Otago, bounded
towards the north by a line along the middle of the North
Taieri Road, said road being the southern boundary of Block 1. V.,
Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District; thence towards the
east, north, and south-east by the Boroughs of Realyn, Morning-
ton, and. Caversham respectively to the Main South Road; thence
