THE following special order, made by the Tamahere Road
Board, is published in accordance with "The Road Boards
Act, 1882."

SPECIAL ORDER.
EXTRACT from the minutes of a meeting of the Tamahere Road
Board, Waikato, held on Thursday, the 12th April, 1883:---
"Pursuant to public notice given, it was unanimously resolved,
That a special order be now made whereby it is declared that,
notwithstanding the provisions contained in 'The Regulation of
Local Elections Act, 1876,' all elections of members of the
Tamahere Road Board shall be conducted in the manner pro-
vided by section 49 of 'The Road Boards Act, 1882.'"
I certify that the foregoing special order was made in every
respect as by law required.
