ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this second day of April, 1883.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
HIS Excellency the Governor in Council hereby directs that the following Regu
lations, made in pursuance of section of "The Public Revenues Act,
1878," shall come into operation on and after the second day of April, 1883,
