NATIVE LAND COURT, NEW ZEALAND AUCKLAND DISTRICT.
In the matter of the hearing of a claim for investigation of title to land situate in the said district, on the 21st day of August,
1880, upon the hearing of a claim for investigation of title to land situate in the said district, and
known as "Hapairua:"
And in the matter of the application of Paora Kiwi and others for a rehearing upon such claim:
I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Justice of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that
vested in me, do hereby dismiss such application.

He mea tuhituhi i te 26 o nga ra o Pepuere, 1883.

NOTICE is hereby given that at the sitting of this Court, to be held at Kapanga, Coromandel, on
March 31st instant and following days, will be heard the claims of the persons, whose
names appear in the first column, to succeed to the interest of the persons deceased, whose names appear in
the second column, in the blocks of land named in the third column.
If any of the people who are dead have made wills, let not those who claim to succeed them neglect to
produce them, that the Judge may see, and decide according to the wish of the deceased.
