Te Rahui Tawhao, near Maketu Commence on the eastern side, land belonging to Katerina Ihaia and Ngatipikiao, proceed North-eastward as far as the river, and along the river, turn westward, as far as the line of Te Rahui No. 2, turn southward, and strike the cliff, turn South-westward as far as the line of Te Rahui, and proceed along that line to the starting point.

Excluding Allotments Nos. 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, and 38, which are within the above mentioned boundaries; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

tata, 13,675 acres Bounded towards the North by Allotment No. 31, 34315 links ; towards the East by Lot 42 3430 links; again towards the North by Lot 42 aforesaid, 1254 links, and the Rotoiti Paku Lake, forming the southern boundaries of Lots 41 and 40; towards the West by a stream forming the eastern boundary of Lot 49 aforesaid; towards the North-west by Lot 31 aforesaid, 9376 links; again towards the East by the Tarawera River; again towards the South by a line 37602 links; and again towards the West by Lot. No. 63, 36930 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

ketu A very small piece, a cultivation. On the side toward the Ngatoro Stream the land belongs to Henare Pukuatua, on the North-east also to Henare; on the East to Wi Paki, and so also on the South.

whakaotinga tena; e kore rawa e tika kia peke mai tetahi tangata ki muri. Ka kitea nga mapi o nga
whenua kua oti te ruri ki te Tari o te Kaiwhakawa Tuturu i Maketu.
