Tipperary Gold-Mining Company (Limited) has been
changed from Exchange Chambers, Princes Street, Dunedin, to
Colonial Bank Buildings, Water Street, Dunedin; and that
Mr. ALEXANDER BARTLEMAN has been appointed Legal Manager
of the Company, in room of Mr. John Alexander Mackenzie.

has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.

THE WAIKATO STEAM NAVIGATION AND COAL-
MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that, at a meeting of the Shareholders
of the above Company, held at Ngaruawahia, Waikato, on
the 24th day of January, 1883, the following special resolution
was passed :-
"That the Waikato Steam Navigation and Coal-Mining
Company be wound up voluntarily; and that JAMES LINDSAY be
appointed Liquidator."
